Since we started cultivating grains and legumes 10,000 years ago our societies have become sick and overweight and this drastic change in diet has happened so quickly that we have not been able to evolve fast enough to accommodate this change in diet. Before that and for millions of years leading to it, we ate a diet of meat, vegetables, fruits some nuts and seeds. So why not eat what we were meant to?

Nutrition is the foundation. What we put into our body will dictate how we feel, look and perform. We all desire a lean, strong, energetic body that is healthy and will perform for us at an optimal level. It all comes down to what we eat, so let’s get together and cook some food that will nourish and feed our body the way it was meant to be!
