Making The Sweet Paprika And Pine Nut Chicken
The Sweet Paprika and Garlic in this dish combine with the Pine Nuts to create a synergy of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds! 😉 Serve this chicken dish on a bed of fresh organic baby spinach or with Sweet Potato Hummus my favorite, which is absolutely delicious!
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breasts (Cubed)
4 Garlic Cloves (Sliced)
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
3 Tbsp Pine Nuts
½ Lemon
1 Tbsp Butter Ghee or Coconut Oil (or if you have it Coconut Ghee)
Seasonings:
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Sweet Paprika
1 tsp Fenugreek
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Dried Oregano
Sea Salt
Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Fresh Italian Parsley
Fresh Mint
Process:
1. Cut Chicken into Cubes and place into a mixing bowl
2. Add all the seasonings and combine until all the chicken cubes are coated with the seasonings
3. Add Sesame Seeds and Pine Nuts
4. In large Heavy Pot add Butter Ghee and Slices of Garlic Saute on medium heat (about 1 minute)
5. Add all the Marinating Chicken
6. Allow Chicken to cook occasionally mixing and keep the heat at medium
7. Once the Chicken is cooked on all sides squeeze half a lemon all over the chicken
8. Mix the Chicken and remove from heat
9. Place lid on the pot and allow the Chicken to rest for 3-5 minutes
10. Serve Chicken on top of fresh Bed of Spinach or with Sweet Potato Hummus and sprinkle fresh chopped parsley and mint on top
