Making the Raspberry Tea Popsicle
Here is a fun recipe that will be sure to cool you off during the warm summer months. Teavana has some amazing herbal tea that taste so fruity and flavorful I used the Blueberry Bliss Rooibos Tea which is one of my favorites. Tea is a great way to add a lot of flavor without the sugar.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Steeped Blueberry Bliss Rooibos Tea from Teavana
1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
1 Small Lemon
1 Tbsp Honey
Process:
1.Steep tea for 5 minutes
2. In a small sauce pan heat up the raspberries with all the juice from 1 lemon and 1 Tbsp of Honey
3. Bring to a boil for about 1 minute then remove from heat
4. Use a small metal strainer to remove the seeds from the raspberry mixture and pour into a pitcher
5. Add steeped tea to the raspberry mixture
6. Add 4 large ice cubs to the tea to help cool down
7. Fill the Popsicle molds and place into the freezer
8. The Popsicle should be ready within 4-5 hours
