Making The Prosciutto Salad Wraps
These are a perfect appetizer or snack, they are simple and Delish! Make these at your next dinner party and you will be a hero to everyone that eats them… Prosciutto Di Parma is my favorite when making these wraps you can find it at your local Italian Store and they will slice it fresh for you.
Ingredients:
Prosciutto
Organic Fresh Basil
Organic Apple (I used Pink Lady any of your favorite variety will do)
Organic Spring Mix Baby Greens
Organic Lemon
Process:
1. Slice the Apple and squeeze fresh Lemon wedge over the apple slices. This will prevent the apple from browning and give them a bright flavor.
2. Pick the Basil leaves off the stem and only use the leaves
3. Place 1 slice of Prosciutto on a clean surface
4. Gather some Baby Greens a Basil leaf and Sliced Apple then roll the Prosciutto around the greens forming a wrap.
5. Repeat the steps above until you have the desired amount and eat!
Note: Serve these with Almond Stuffed Olives or Homemade Mayo
