Recipe #17 | Salami Chips

Making The Salami Chips

Salami Chips are amazing for an appetizer or snack and they are always a favorite at dinner parties. Salami Chips are crunchy and great for dipping into Guacamole or a Mustard Dip. They are the perfect Paleo substitute for Potato Chips.

Ingredients:

Sliced Salami
Use your favorite Salami, I used Genoa Hot and Mild.

 

Process:

1. Pre-Heat oven to 375F
2. Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper
3. Spread the Salami onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes
4. Stand by and keep checking on the chips depending on the thickness of the Salami it may take a bit longer
5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
