Recipe #20 | Baked Spaghetti Squash

Making The Baked Spaghetti Squash

Spaghetti Squash should be listed as one of the Natural Wonders of the World! It is miraculous how you fork it out of the shell after its cooked and it is in the perfect spaghetti form al dente and delicious.It is so much like Spaghetti as we know it from our previous wheat eating life that, you would think that you were cheating! It is simple to make and no doubt will become a staple in your kitchen.

Ingredients:

1 Medium Spaghetti Squash

 

Process:

1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Wash squash
3. Cut ends off
4. Cut in half length way
5. Scoop out seed and flesh
6. Place squash face down on baking pan and add 1 cup of water to bottom of pan
7. Place in oven and bake for 35-45 min or when tender to touch
8. Take out of oven and allow to cool down approximately 5-10 min
9. With fork scrap out the tender flesh and serve
