Making The Marinated Almond Stuffed Olives
These Stuffed Olives are amazing! Serve them with Prosciutto Salad Wraps or on their own. This recipe is a perfect appetizer or snack and I’m positive that it will become a favorite at your next dinner party 😉
Ingredients:
2 Cans Spanish Green Pitted Olives
2-3 Cups Whole Raw Almonds
1/3 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
12 Sun-Dried Black Olives
1 Tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon
2 Tsp Dried Oregano
1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
Olive Oil
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
Process:
1. Rinse the Olives and place into a bowl
2. Stuff each Olive with a Whole Almond
3. Remove Pits from Black Olives and Finely Chop with Sun-Dried Tomato
4. Combine all the ingredients with the Stuffed Olives
5. Transfer the Olives to a container or Mason Jar
6. Allow the Stuffed Olives to marinate over night
Note: You may find it extremely difficult not to eat the entire jar of Olives, it may be a good idea to double the recipe and make 2 jars.
