Raspberry Vinaigrette
This salad dressing is so delicious and refreshing for any salad. It is easy to make and will keep in the fridge for up to a week.
Ingredients:
1. 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
2. 1 Lemon
3. 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4. 1/8 Cup Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
5. 1 Tsp Stone Ground Mustard
6. 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
7. 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
8. 1 Tsp Raw Honey
9. Sea Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper
Process:
1. Allow the Raspberries to thaw out then blend until smooth with the juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon
2. Pour blended mixture into a mesh strainer and separate the seeds
3. In mixing bowl add all ingredients and whisk together
4. Transfer the dressing to a mason jar and use immediately or store n the fridge for up to a week
