Making The Beef And Broccoli
This is my go to dish and one of my favorites! It is easy to make and great the next day for lunch.
Ingredients:
1 Yellow Onion
1 lb Ground Beef (grass fed)
1.5 Cups Broccoli
2 Large Kale Leaves
1 Handful Fresh Italian Parsley
2 tsp Coconut Oil
Seasonings:
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Oregano
Ground Fenugreek
Cumin
Process:
1. Sauté Onions in coconut oil on medium heat
2. Add seasonings and sauté some more
3. Add Ground Beef and mix into the onions
4. Add Kale, Broccoli and parsley
5. Mix all ingredients in pan then turn heat down to low and cover with lid
6. Cook until Broccoli is tender about 5 minutes
7. Serve and enjoy!
This is great for guys who want something fast and easy… It's great to substitute turkey as well. I think the turkey flavor works well with the veggie combo.
