Making The Killer Kale Chips
So it is possible to consume an entire bunch of Kale in one sitting, how? Make some kale chips and you will eat them all! What a great treat a superfood packed with Vitamin K. Kale Chips are simple to make and much more affordable then buying them in the store. Use your favorite seasonings and feel free to indulge as much as you want!
Ingredients:
1 Bunch Organic Green Kale (Curly kind)
1 tsp Olive Oil
Seasonings:
Garlic Powder
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Oregano
Note: just season lightly or you will find the Kale Chips will get too salty
Process:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Wash and dry Kale
3. Remove the Stems
4. Cut Kale into pieces about an inch big
5. Put kale into large mixing bowl and drizzle olive oil
6. Add Seasonings
7. Mix with hands and ensure each Kale Chip are covered with oil and seasonings
8. Spread the Kale Chips over 2 baking Sheets
9. Bake the Kale in the oven for 10 minutes
10. Keep an eye on the Chips and remove any small pieces that may cook quicker
11. Allow the Kale Chips to cool on baking sheet and serve!
