Making The Marvelous Madeleine Cookies
A simple treat that you can feel good about eating! These are amazing on their own or dipped in some dark chocolate. All you need is a Madeleine Cookie Sheet and this simple recipe 😉
Ingredients:
1 Cup Chestnut Flour
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/2 Cup Coconut Ghee
3 Large Eggs
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Process:
1. Preheat Oven to 350F
2. Mix Chestnut Flour, Almond Flour, Sea Salt and Baking Powder
3. Melt Coconut Ghee and mix in Coconut Sugar
4. In mixing bowl beat Eggs and add Vanilla and add melted Coconut Ghee and Sugar
5. combine the dry ingredients with the egg mixture
6. Place batter in the Fridge and allow to cool for at least and hour. This step is important
7. Mix the batter after it has cooled and you will notice the texture has changed
8. Evenly distribute the batter into the Madeleine Cookie Sheet
9.Bake for 10-12 minutes
10. Allow the cookies to cool on a cooling rack and serve
