Recipe #60 | Green Pepper Coleslaw

Making The Green Pepper Coleslaw

This Coleslaw Salad is refreshing and tasty! The Green Pepper adds a nice sweetness and the Parsley make it very refreshing. Serve it up with some Grilled Chicken or Beef Brisket and you will be hooked on this tasty and easy to make recipe.

Ingredients:

1 Green Pepper
1/2 White Cabbage
3 Celery Stalks/Sticks
Handful Fresh Italian Parsley
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Celery Seeds
Sea Salt
Black Pepper

 

Process:

1. Finely chop all vegetables or use a food processor for a fine and consistent chop
2. Place all chopped vegetables into a large mixing bowl
3. Add Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Celery Seeds and Salt and Pepper
4. Combine all ingredients and serve
