Recipe #97 | Pomegranate Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Making the Pomegranate Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

This salad dressing is tangy sweet and delicious! You can find Amchur and Anardana at your local Indian Grocery. Both are popular seasoning used in Indian cuisine. Amchur is green mango powder which has a tangy citrus flavor. Anardana has sweet/sour and fruity flavor. Both these ingredients are great in salad dressings and marinades.

 

Ingredients:

4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 oz Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Pomegranate Molasses
1 tsp Stone Ground Mustard
1/4 tsp Amchur (Green Mango Powder)
1/4 tsp Anardana (Dried Pomegranate Seeds)
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Process:

1. Combine all ingredients in a small mason jar or salad dressing container and shake vigorously
2. Allow salad dressing to marinade for a few hours or over night for best flacvor
3. Mix into favorite Salad combination
