Recipe #30 Pork Tenderloin Cutlets

Making The Pork Tenderloin Cutlets

With just a light coating of chestnut flour you will have the synergy of juicy tender and crispy all served up in a cutlet! This recipe is easy to make and simply delicious!

Ingredients:

1 Pork Tenderloin
1/2 Cup Chestnut Flour
Sea Salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Duck Fat or Coconut Oil for Frying
Lemon Wedge

 

Process:

1. Cut Pork Tenderloin into 1 Inch slices
2. Gently pound each slice with a meat hammer
3. Season both sides with Sea Salt and Black Pepper
4. Put Chestnut Flour into a plate
5. Generously coat each side of the meat
6. Heat up a large frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil
7. Fry the meat until golden brown about 3 minutes per side
8. Season again with Salt and Pepper and serve with a fresh lemon wedge
