Recipe #55 | Roasted Grass Fed Beef Marrow Bones

Making The Roasted Grass Fed Beef Marrow Bones

This is simple to make and tastes decadent. Bone marrow is considered to be a healing food because of its glycine and gelatin. Make this to help your body recover from workouts or if your feeling a bit sick, better yet eat this as a preventative measure to make sure you are healthy and vibrant at all times! 😉

Ingredients:

6-8 Grass Fed Beef Marrow Bones
1 Onion
1 Whole Garlic
4 Slices Ginger
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Dried Oregano
Butter Ghee

Process:

1. Pre-heat oven to 450F
2. Chop Onion and place in roasting pan
3. Clean Garlic and place whole cloves into pan
3. Place Bones in pan
4. Add Ginger and Melted Butter Ghee
5. Season the Pan with Salt, Pepper and Oregano
6. Roast in Oven for 30 Minutes
7. Serve as an appetizer or snack
