Recipe #110 | Turmeric Mint Ground Turkey and Pork

Turmeric Mint Ground Turkey and Pork

This is the perfect recipe for you if you are busy and on the go. Add this to some greens and vegetables for a tasty meal. Once cooked this will store well in the fridge for up to a week in a sealed container.

Ingredients:

1. 2 pounds ground turkey
2. 1 pound ground pork
3. 1 medium yellow onion chopped
4. 1 cup chopped Green Onions
5. 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
6. Seasonings: 2 Tbsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp fenugreek powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp cumin,and 2 tsp dried oregano
6. 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
7. Sea Salt and Black Pepper
8. Olive Olive

Process:

1.Saute yellow onion in olive oil until onions are transparent on medium to high heat
2. Add all ground meat and combine with the onions
3. Add apple cider vinegar, and all sesonings sea salt and black pepper
4. Cook on medium heat until meat is fully cooked
5. Add fresh chopped green onions and mint
6. Serve hot or cool and store in the fridge for future meals
